A creative print production agency that specialises in large format, installations and design is looking for an Account Executive to work alongside a Key Account Director on a major client account. Utilisation of the latest materials and printing technology has allowed them to deliver award-winning projects for globally recognised brands, independent start-ups and everything in between. Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account Director by carrying out administrative duties during the peak time of year for this account.
- Process orders, schedule deliveries, process sales and purchase invoices.
- Carry out general office tasks, liaise with suppliers and handle enquiries from the client.
- Communicate with people of all levels both internally and externally; excellent telephone manner and exemplary written skills required.
Qualifications
- Highly proactive, organised, and detail‑focused.
- Assertive with a high level of focus.
- Proficient IT skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
