The Role

As Account Director, you will take ownership of key customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully from brief through to completion while identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and generate additional revenue. Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, whilst providing exceptional levels of service and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries and interpret briefs accurately
  • Prepare estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals
