  • Anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure all projects meet quality, cost, and time expectations.
  • Produce accurate job estimates and schedules, working collaboratively with internal manufacturing teams.
  • Maintain strong, consultative relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Analyse campaign performance and production data to drive continuous improvement.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Account Director, Senior Account Manager, or Client Services Lead within a direct‑mail manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth understanding of print production, data processing, personalisation, enclosing, finishing, and mailing workflows.
  • Experience forecasting workloads, planning capacity, and booking jobs directly into production.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple complex live projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage large clients with confidence and credibility.
  • Commercially aware with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

What’s On Offer
