Our client is an award winning, customer centric print and communications company that understands the intricacies and quirks essential to ensuring its customers make the most of their campaigns. Following significant expansion, they are looking for an Account Manager to provide best in the business customer service and account management to all of customers and prospects. The Account Manager will provide accurate quotations and turning quotations into orders; produce accurate and clear works instruction for the production teams to fulfil any projects; and ensure that all projects run on time and to budget.

To apply for this role, you must have at least 4 years’ Direct Mail fulfilment and postage account management experience; knowledge of postal services and products across DSA and Royal Mail; good working knowledge of Direct Mail machinery capabilities; and experience using Print Management information systems

Key Roles and Responsibilities

. Estimating and invoicing of DM and Print projects.

. Project managing all DM and print projects.

. Providing support and cover for your colleagues.

. Providing high end customer service.

. Regularly contact existing client base to chase opportunities and follow up quotations to convert to orders.
