Our client is an award winning, customer centric print and communications company that understands the intricacies and quirks essential to ensuring its customers make the most of their campaigns.
They are looking for a consistent and reliable manager to take responsibility for the Direct Mail shop floor. The aim of this role will be to create a team atmosphere, ensuring that all projects are produced at the optimum speeds whilst maintaining quality. Our client needs a strong leader with a great attitude to set the standards of work to a high level and ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Skill Requirements
Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Previous Experience
At least 5 years’ experience of Production management in Direct Mail or Lithographic Printing.
Experience working on a Direct Mail fulfilment shop floor.
Experience in using print MIS systems to log production.
Experience in Print finishing techniques.
Knowledge of postal services and products across DSA and Royal Mail.
High level of data knowledge and accuracy of Direct Mail activity
Good working knowledge of Direct Mail machinery capabilities.
Fork lift trained.
