Job Title: Direct Mail Account Manager

Location: North Yorkshire

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and manage Direct Mail projects from inception through to completion.
  • Source print and negotiate with suppliers from a pool of preferred companies.
  • Maintain MIS, briefs and schedules in accordance with Best Practice guide.
  • Develop and manage multiple projects concurrently; plan workload effectively.
  • Work directly with clients on site at all levels, providing market insight and recommendations.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Proven history in Account Management with extensive Print and Direct Mail knowledge.
  • Understanding of postage requirements relevant to direct mail campaigns.
  • Ability to understand client targets and appropriate product formats to maximise return for the client and profit for the business.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Market knowledge to provide insights to customers when required.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements to benefit both client and business.
