Our Client, a leading worldwide business solutions company, specialising in digital printing, are now seeking to recruit an East Midlands based Sales Manager.

Along with experience of managing a team of sales staff, you will constantly guide, motivate and develop your staff to ensure that all opportunities are seized and converted into sales. Your positivity and determination will ensure that targets are not only met, but exceeded by you and your team. You will be a strategic thinker, with an ability to think outside the box.

You will work collaboratively with technical staff and your ability to think both technically and commercially will ensure that your Customers obtain the best possible solutions tailored to their requirements. You will be confident and experienced in negotiation and influencing, with the ability to deliver effective results under pressure and to agreed deadlines. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, in both a written and verbal manner, and be able to build instant rapport with new and existing clients.
