An award-winning supplier of high-quality packaging has a new opening within its production team. This is a fantastic chance for a production and performance driven cut/crease machine expert to join a forward-thinking organisation.
Our clientβs high quality products have ensured an establishment of long-term partnerships with an astounding number of clients. This means our client is always super busy, so this role would very much suit someone who likes to be challenged and constantly on the go.
Your role as Cut/Crease Machine Operator will be to ensure the safe set up and operation of designated equipment, conforming to all Health and Safety policies & company regulations, and completing all relevant paperwork. We are looking for someone with the experience to work under minimum supervision and not just meet, but consistently exceed production, quality and efficiency expectancies. You must have problem solving skills and be able to think on your feet, in order to troubleshoot common issues related to downtime or quality issues.
This is a great opportunity, for a person with the right attitude, to join a hardworking and productive team of individuals in a company experiencing significant growth. To work in this busy environment, you will need good time management skills, be hardworking and be able to stay calm under pressure.
Salary:
circa Β£27 000. Overtime is paid at time half.
Shifts:
Early 5.30 β 1.30 Monday to Thursday 5.30 β 11 Friday
Late 1.30 β 9.30 Monday to Thursday 11.00 β 4.30 Friday
Night β 9.30 β 5.30 Monday to Thursday.
