Are you a senior sales leader with a passion for premium packaging and a proven ability to drive commercial growth? We are working with an established cartons manufacturer that is investing heavily in the expansion of its luxury packaging division. As part of this exciting next phase, they are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Sales Director to lead the development and execution of their commercial strategy within the luxury sector.
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for building and growing a premium client base across sectors such as cosmetics, spirits, fashion, and high-end FMCG. You’ll develop the sales strategy from the ground up, identifying key market opportunities, opening new doors, and forging long-term partnerships with luxury brands. Working closely with the production and design teams, you’ll deliver tailored, high-end cartonboard packaging solutions that meet the exacting standards of premium clients. You will report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in shaping the commercial direction of the division.
