They are looking for someone who is particularly well-versed in contract compliance, in order to contribute to the drafting, negotiation and execution of contracts and other legal requirements.
Key characteristics our client is looking for in a Compliance Manager are as follows:
- Knowledgeable: understanding the nuances behind different compliance regulations, identifying problem spots and making recommendations to help projects operate successfully. Having a solid understanding of compliance rules, legal contract language and areas where the organisation may be more vulnerable to breaching compliance.

The nature of our client’s work requires them to take the adherence to GDPR laws extremely seriously. It is important that candidates have experience with handling all data confidentially and only disclosing it on a need to know basis. Being aware that some data may be especially sensitive and is the subject of our client’s specific organisational policy, including personal information and business information such as contract prices and terms.
In line with national legislation, and organisational policy, candidates must have experience in processing data in a fair and lawful way, for the specific registered purpose and not disclosed in any way incompatible with such purpose or to any unauthorised persons or organisations.
