Responsibilities

  • Assist the Commercial Team Leader in managing the daily price enquiry events list and to handle all enquiries for daily estimates.
  • Generate an estimated cost the final figure taking into consideration overheads and profit and to detail the production, materials, labour and distribution costs necessary to achieve the required specification.
  • Participate in pricing, preparation and submission of tenders to ensure that a full range of pricing has been obtained by suppliers.
  • Encourage suppliers to work with us and find solutions to pricing proposals.
  • Ensure that all pricing and records are stored to required standards.
  • Ensure that correct prices are given for the specifications supplied and the grouping of customers.
  • Be creative in obtaining the best possible pricing and recommend improved methods, equipment and manning to improve costings.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in Estimating within the printing/mailing industry, who are excellent communicators and have acute attention to detail, and are able to work under pressure and to a tight schedule.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
