The Opportunity
As Account Director, you’ll sit at the heart of the business–client relationship. Your mission is to move accounts beyond traditional supplier models and turn them into long-term, strategic partnerships that deliver value on both sides. You’ll act as the senior commercial and operational lead for key accounts — trusted by clients, respected internally, and empowered to challenge the status quo. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategy, service excellence, innovation, and leadership in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Strategic Client Leadership
- Own and lead senior-level client relationships, engaging credibly and proactively at all times.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced, commercially astute Account Director who brings energy, credibility, and a passion for service delivery. You’ll likely have:
- At least 5 years’ experience within POS manufacture or supply.
- A proven track record in account leadership and service delivery within complex environments.
- Strong experience managing and influencing senior client stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen, including contract management, governance, and financial performance.
- Experience leading, developing, and inspiring teams.
- A history of transforming client relationships and delivering innovation and continuous improvement.
