Our client is on the search for a hands-on Supervisor to oversee its busy production team. We are looking for an experienced, talented & ambitious individual to implement & lead the Production environment. You will be an effective & experienced Production Supervisor currently working in the print or mailing arena.
The role of Production Supervisor requires a methodically minded professional, possessing sound commercial acumen and a passion that thrives on the responsibility associated with being a leader. You will have demonstrable experience in managing & developing a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding & enhancing operational effectiveness.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the production department and its associated maintenance, enforcing an enhanced regime of effective company workflow, guidelines & practical production policies. The role represents a fantastic opportunity as you will work with senior management to guide, advise & implement best practice and associated working methodology. Candidates must come from a working environment that handles a great number of different print jobs per day.
