A manufacturer of high quality cartonboard is looking for a seasoned professional to run its product finishing team.
As Carton Gluing Manager you will be expected to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- supervision of staff
- driving productivity
- driving improvements in production process
- cost control of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work
We are looking for someone who is hands-on and task-orientated, able to operate gluing machinery as well as managing the team.
You will be expected to control, organise, and monitor the flow of materials, producing the highest quality product on time, and on budget.
The successful candidate must take initiative, be a confident decision maker, and take an accurate and methodological approach to all projects in hand. You will show excellent organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise work.
