Our client is the North East’s premier marketing, design, print and signage company which offers a unique range of integrated business products and services that cannot be matched locally. They are looking for an experienced estimator to join their team with a strong focus on customer care and trading relationships. The successful candidate will have knowledge and understanding of large format machinery and estimating, and will support client-facing sales executives.
Responsibilities:
- Taking enquiries by email, over the phone and through internal communication
- Producing estimates using a management information system to match enquiries taken as well as offering alternatives
- Liaising with our fitters and sign & display team as well as internal and external sales teams
- Provide excellent customer service to regularly update customers on the progress of projects
Qualities:
- Experience estimating within the signage, large format and/or POS industry
- Self-motivated and hands on, able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills
- Strong phone presence
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Good numeracy skills and the ability to demonstrate methodical working practice
