A vibrant specialist printing company which services the requirements of many blue-chip organisations across the continent is seeking a Book Bindery Operator to join their team of highly skilled individuals within their in-house finishing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company which boats extremely efficient workflow and continuously invests in the best and latest print and bindery technology to allow them to cater to clients’ specific needs.

The book bindery operator will be responsible for achieving safe, effective and efficient operation of bindery equipment to ensure product delivery that meets customer quality and time specifications, as well as company profitability guidelines. We are looking for someone who has strong organisational skills, and who will pre-plan for upcoming production jobs before the existing job finishes. You will also be expected to carry out and record regular maintenance and troubleshoot problems; report any further problems to site engineers; and follow Company procedures with regards to Health & Safety and Environmental Policy.

Book bindery experience is essential for this role.
