Overview
Our Client is a successful and growing Print Company involved in Packaging. The role is based in Essex and the successful Finishing Manager will report to the Production Manager and will have 12 direct reports working a double day shift pattern, the Finishing Manager role is based on Days.
Responsibilities
The role will involve managing the Client’s Finishing Department to ensure optimum performance, quality and customer service within company guidelines of health and safety, quality, waste and efficiency.
Requirements
- Either Print and / or Printed Packaging Finishing Management experience
- Understanding of Lean and Process Improvement Tools
- Aptitude within: Finance, IT/Systems, Problem Solving.
- Disposition: Hard working, proactive, persistent, thorough.
- Full / clean driving licence.
