Overview
Our client uses the latest in litho, digital and large format printing equipment plus offering a comprehensive range of finishing. They are a company which produces impressive printed products of a superior quality, and are currently seeking someone to help take the reins of the organisation – a great all-rounder who can play a supportive role, assisting in and supervising the daily operations of the business while the MD concentrates on pushing growth.
Responsibilities
- As the MD’s right hand, provide support in all facets of the business, managing and providing direction, guidance and leadership.
- Undertake staffing responsibilities – managing staff to support high performance in alignment with the strategic goals, and coordinate the hiring of any additional staff required.
- Assist in budgeting and monitoring revenues and expenses on a monthly basis.
- Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals and measure success.
- Show experience in managing a team; the client is open minded as to the departmental background (e.g., accounts/production/operations).
- Demonstrate recent experience with Tharstern MIS and Indigo Print.
