Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring all customers receive a consistently superior level of customer service.
- Developing a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement.
- Responding to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner, receiving quote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responses within the target response time.
- Confirming, monitoring and progressing chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards; proactively monitoring and maintaining stock levels for customers.
- Managing artwork, proof submission and approval between the supplier and the client.
- Ensuring the role is creatively minded with a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications:
- Candidate may be from the packaging sector.
- Must be resident in the UK and have worked or recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
