Job Title: Account Manager – Signage & Large Format
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established business specialising in large format print, signage and visual communications. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, the business delivers high-quality, bespoke solutions, combining creative expertise with technical capability to bring brands, spaces and campaigns to life.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Account Manager with a background in large format print and signage to develop strong client relationships, and manage projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are understood and translated into effective solutions. You will manage enquiries, coordinate with internal production and operational teams, and oversee projects to ensure they are delivered on time, to specification and within budget.
You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and balancing customer expectations with commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in an Account Management role within large format print and/or signage. This is essential.
- A strong understanding of large format print processes, signage products and associated production requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
- Experience managing customer enquiries and coordinating projects through to completion.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
Experience using Clarity MIS would be an added bonus, although this is not essential.
