Details of this Account Manager role:
- Manage and proactively monitor the status of ongoing business from assigned customer accounts.
- Work directly with the client, providing assistance with ongoing projects and offering solutions and ideas when needed.
- Make recommendations for improvements, cost savings and innovation.
- Liaise directly with the Sales team, providing additional support with customers and briefs.
- Raise production job tickets through the site MIS system.
- Take ownership of any customer queries or complaints and proactively follow through to resolution.
- Monitor project costs and ensure all relevant charges are maintained, ready for invoicing.
- Deliver work on time and to a high standard as agreed.
- Understand and adhere to the Company work processes, procedures, and policies.
- Develop, maintain, and update understanding of the branch network and suite of products and services the business provides in order to deliver the best product and service to the client.
- Flexible approach to work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively when under pressure of tight deadlines.
- Deliver ad-hoc duties as reasonably required by the manager.
