Responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills when liaising with internal and external contacts – updating customers, fellow account managers and the production team.
- Speak with clients on the telephone and in person, listening to customers and asking questions to gain a better understanding of their needs.
- Strong understanding of the printing industry to work with customers and suggest solutions from our client’s product range.
- Put together quotes for qualified leads, both large and small bespoke projects.
- Follow up quotes at a suitable time.
- Process quotes in a timely manner, efficient and with excellent time‑management skills.
- Use computer, numeracy and MIS (management information system) skills proficiently in a print‑industry related MIS system.
