We have an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on diversity in their role. Our Client seeks an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work within their team as an account manager and estimator.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, which will be utilised when liaising with both internal and external contacts β updating customer, fellow account managers and the production team. You will speak with clients both on the telephone and in person. Listening to customers and asking questions to create a better understanding of their needs will be key to this role. You must have a strong understanding of the printing industry, to be able to work with customers and suggest solutions from our clientβs product range.
The role will predominantly entail putting together quotes for qualified leads, both large and small bespoke projects, and following up these quotes at a suitable time.
We are looking for someone who is efficient and with excellent time management skills, capable of processing quotes in a timely manner.
Applicants must also have good computer skills, numeracy skills, and proficient in a print industry related MIS system.
