One of the country’s leading producers of printed display products, known for its creativity and innovation, is looking for a proactive and tenacious Account Director to manage one of the company’s most prestigious accounts, a British retailer operating not just in the UK, but in locations across the world. This pivotal role requires presence at 3 locations, so it would be ideal if the candidate lives West of London / M4 corridor.
This role will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the client account including service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance to reflect contractual obligations. You will be accountable for the development and operational management, ensuring operational support to clients is managed exceptionally and delivered efficiently, as well as being responsible for the account’s retention, development, and compliance.
You will not only be able to persuade and influence externally, but also internally, as one of the key elements pertaining to this role will be gaining credibility with peers and providing effective leadership and support to your dedicated team. We are particularly looking for someone with a creative bias as there are a number of touchpoints within the client’s marketing department.
Minimum Requirements:- Experience managing POS projects for an FMCG retail brand.
- Executing and managing contracted retail accounts.
- Understanding planning, operational, and financial management.
- Understanding the procurement piece and Management Information Systems.
- Developing and executing solutions.
