Our client is an industry leader in branding with global corporations to produce print & packaging with noteworthy brand recognition. The company’s operations are located across North America, Canada, Europe and Asia. You will be a commercial thinker with boundless energy and will be responsible for ensuring existing clients’ needs are met in accordance to Service Level Agreements. The successful applicant will demonstrate a proven track record in a previous Key Account Manager / Account Director role within a fast-paced high volume turnover sector. You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to interpret client briefs and the capability to expedite to necessary areas of the business in order to achieve clients' timelines. You will have a strong analytical mind with the capability of foreseeing problems early and implementing suitable countermeasures. We need individuals who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo, who will bring fresh ideas, and who are willing to work with others to help improve the way we do things.

Main duties of the post:

  • Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship
  • Maintain client satisfaction to an agreed target
  • Maintain client retention to an agreed target
  • Actively seek to increase the services offered and increase the income generated to agreed individual and team targets
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of the full client portfolio
  • Develop processes that help to accurately forecast upcoming workloads

Client satisfaction:

  • Continually strengthen and forge excellent client relationships through proactive directorship and communication including face-to-face meetings, telephone, conference call and email communication
  • Employ excellent listening and probing questioning skills to fully understand the client and their industry sector, the client’s products and services, and the client’s marketing objectives
  • Ensuring all clients receive timely, high-quality reporting from the quality team on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Promote professionalism through manner, appearance and delivery and always keeping promises

The ideal applicants will have worked in an FMCG, printing or packaging background. Candidates must have knowledge of POS.
