We have a great opportunity for a positive team player with a can-do attitude to join a well-established, highly reputable manufacturing company. They are looking to appoint a fully qualified and experienced 5 colour litho printer to join their print room team. The ideal candidate will have experience on a Heidelberg Press and print finishing experience/knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure maximum potential output and quality is achieved, including setup and permanent adjustment of colour.
  • Maintenance of equipment to the highest level for optimum performance and working areas are kept tidy.
  • Health & Safety legislations are met and Company’s standards are adhered to.
  • Work with the print room to continuously improve process efficiency, eliminating unnecessary costs from the business and keeping waste to a minimum.
  • Communicate maintenance/breakdown requirements to service personnel/Production Manager.
  • Liaise with Production Manager, team members and Dept Managers as required.
  • Active involvement in staff training and development as required.

  • Candidates must be flexible and available to work occasional weekends and/or a shift system when required by production demand.
