Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum potential output and quality is achieved, including setup and permanent adjustment of colour.
- Maintenance of equipment to the highest level for optimum performance and working areas are kept tidy.
- Health & Safety legislations are met and Company’s standards are adhered to.
- Work with the print room to continuously improve process efficiency, eliminating unnecessary costs from the business and keeping waste to a minimum.
- Communicate maintenance/breakdown requirements to service personnel/Production Manager.
- Liaise with Production Manager, team members and Dept Managers as required.
- Active involvement in staff training and development as required.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified and experienced 5 colour litho printer.
- Experience on a Heidelberg Press.
- Print finishing experience/knowledge.
- Meticulous, hard-working with a keen eye for detail and adherence to high standards and quality checking procedures.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, think logically and methodically, and work well in a team.
- Willingness to work in all areas of the print room as required.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and/or a shift system when required by production demand.
