A passionate and diverse Quantity Surveying consultancy with great offices near to Barbican is seeking a capable Senior Quantity Surveyor with previous consultancy experience.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a busy team of 10 quantity surveyors who are working on a mix of projects including private residential, hotel, heritage, and leisure projects.

From the start date onwards, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead projects from inception to completion, with projects tending to value between £1m and £10m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

1. Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
2. 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
3. Worked within a PQS / Cost Management environment
4. Good pre & post contract knowledge
5. Able to deliver projects independently

In Return?

1. £60,000 – £70,000
