A top tier, international cost management consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with an MEP/M&E background to strengthen their London MEP team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global employer offering an outstanding package, including flexible/hybrid working.

The Quantity Surveyor’s Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit, talented MEP Quantity Surveying team currently working on several high-profile, London-based fit-out and refurbishment projects.

The work covers multiple projects, delivering a full MEP approach, pre and post contract including elemental cost planning, cost estimates, valuations, etc.

The Quantity Surveyor

1. MEP / M&E background
2. Excellent pre-contract knowledge
3. PQS / Cost Consultancy background
4. Excellent communication skills
5. At least 3 years related experience

In Return?

1. £50,000 – £60,000 per annum
2. Car allowance (circa £5K)
