A well-established, medium sized construction consultancy, with offices throughout England, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with M&E experience to join its London team. Providing quantity surveying, project management and CDM consultancy services, the practice specialises in the retail, office/commercial, leisure/hospitality, and residential sectors.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will undertake all the roles of a project/senior project surveyor, plus cost planning, reviewing contractor’s submissions, and client variations. You will also be agreeing final accounts on the services parts of commercial, retail and residential projects.

The main criterion for this role is previous Mechanical and/or Electrical experience – or MEP experience - within a construction consultancy, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to work successfully with clients as well as colleagues.
