A thriving multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy needs a Project Quantity Surveyor to join its quantity surveying function based in South East London. An excellent employer offering 3/2 hybrid working and excellent benefits including generous annual leave, this is a great opportunity for a South London or Kent-based QS to take the next career step.

Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working with the Quantity Surveying team in delivering an array of high-quality public-sector projects, this role encompasses the full range of QS responsibilities with an additional element of Employers Agent responsibility. Projects range in value from minor to £100m+. The Quantity Surveyor will work across multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Public sector/Residential/Education project experience ideally
  • Previous experience within a consultancy
  • Resilient, client facing, good people skills
  • Knowledge of pre-contract, cost planning, and EA work preferred
  • Flexible, positive and eager for a challenge

In Return?

  • £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary
