An International Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its cost management team in London’s West End, further to winning several new, long-term projects. The Project Quantity Surveyor’s Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a Partner led team who work on a mixture of projects including film studios, residential mixed use, data centres, and office led projects. The new Project Quantity Surveyor will carry out pre and post cost management services, attend sites, and undertake client facing duties.

Minimum Requirements

1. Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
2. MRICS or working towards chartership
3. Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
4. Consultancy / Cost management experience
5. Worked on projects within the built environment
