Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor A globally recognised Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist mechanical and electrical, cost management team in London. This role has excellent career development opportunities with a clear route to Director within comparably short time. The Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor’s Role The successful Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor will work alongside 3 Partners in delivering technically stimulating, large scale projects across several sectors including residential, commercial, sports, infrastructure, and data centres. The successful Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor shall take on management responsibilities, alongside carrying out a traditional cost management role: * Preparing cost plans independently. * Managing the M&E costs * Providing commercial advice to clients * Pre and post contract services The Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor * M&E or MEP background within a UK construction consultancy * MRICS or committed to achieving * Completed a RICS accredited degree * Professional and enthusiastic * Pre and post cost management knowledge * Good cost planning experience In Return? * £90,000 – £110,000 * Route to Director * 28 days annual leave + bank holidays * Professional membership fees * Bonus scheme * Car allowance * Pension * Private Healthcare * Season ticket loan * Social and charitable events * Tailored MEP training Please apply immediately for full details.
