Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Brixton

A young, sociable Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work within a team of 15+ Quantity Surveyors who work across an impressive portfolio of work including:

  1. High end residential refurbishment – acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator
  2. School extension – up to £10m
  3. Commercial spaces

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will also undertake pre and post cost management services under the supervision of a director.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a construction related degree
  • 18+ months, UK quantity surveying experience
  • Pre and/or post contract experience
  • Previous experience within a cost management / cost consultancy practice
  • A proactive and inquisitive nature
  • Driving license
