Assistant Quantity Surveyor A national, Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience (within a consultancy) to join one of their London teams, based out of offices in Waterloo and offering some WFH. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s Role The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a cost management team of 30, working under the direction of Senior and Associates across a variety of residential, healthcare, education, and commercial projects. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the chance to work alongside other Assistants, gain hands-on APC support, and be recognised for your ability – not by your qualifications. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor * Hold at least 2 years Quantity Surveying experience in a consultancy OR * A Quantity Surveying degree plus 6 months or more related experience * Preferably working with, or worked for, a QS consultancy practice * Well spoken, personable, likeable character * Worked on projects within the built environment (rather than infrastructure, civils etc) In Return? * £35,000 – £45,000 * Day release * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Tailored APC support * Work alongside other Assistants * Pension * Healthcare * Array of socials throughout the year * Training and development * Professional fees and training costs * Diverse projects * Flexible working (2 days WFH) Please apply immediately for full details.
