While experience would be beneficial, this one is all about having a fantastic attitude, a passion for great design (down to the last detail) and an interest in and awareness of current style trends. You will need to be a strong team player, able to take instruction as well as working on initiative and willing to go the extra mile to help see projects through to completion.

Experience in hospitality design is a bonus but not essential. A relevant qualification or training and proficiency with AutoCad, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop would be ideal!
