Wild Rose Holiday Park is growing, evolving and redefining its food offering and we are looking for a strong, motivated Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen team. Set in the beautiful Eden Valley, Wild Rose is one of the group's busiest and liveliest parks, with a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality operation serving the main bar and restaurant, events, outdoor catering, leisure areas and coffee shop/café. At peak, the team can serve up to 500 covers a day.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys fresh food and seasonal menus, and wants to play a key role in delivering quality at volume. As Sous Chef, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, help lead service, maintain consistency and work closely with the wider brigade to keep standards high across a varied and demanding operation.
