Set in the beautiful Eden Valley, Wild Rose is one of the group's busiest and liveliest parks, with a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality operation serving the main bar and restaurant, events, outdoor catering, leisure areas and coffee shop/café. At peak, the team can serve up to 500 covers a day.

This is a major opportunity for a talented chef who combines strong leadership with high standards, understands how to run a busy brigade, and wants to help shape a food offer that is fresh, seasonal, memorable and commercially strong. You will lead from the front, build a strong kitchen culture and help create an environment based on teamwork, pride, pace and consistency.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can organise, motivate and develop a brigade
  • Leads with calmness, energy and consistency

Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK and be able to travel to Wild Rose for a cooking interview if selected.
