As a Leisure Team Member, you will contribute to the overall success of the facilities by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for our holiday-home owners and guests.
Your responsibilities will involve assisting with the day-to-day operations of the pool and gym areas, engaging with patrons, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Pool Operations
- Monitor pool areas to ensure safety and adherence to facility rules.
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks, including water quality checks, cleaning, and equipment setup.
- Respond promptly to any pool-related incidents or emergencies and follow established protocols.
- Gym Assistance
- Provide assistance to guests using the gym, answering questions, and offering guidance on equipment usage.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized gym environment, including equipment sanitisation and storage.
- Customer Service
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
- Process reservations, cancellations for the facilities.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information requested.
- Safety and Emergency Response
- Enforce safety regulations and respond promptly to emergencies, following established procedures.
- Stay current on first aid and CPR certifications, applying knowledge as needed.
- Facility Maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool and gym areas, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cleanliness and functionality concerns.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other leisure team members and supervisors to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

- Health and Safety
- Promote and maintain a safe working culture across the park at all times
- Ensure compliance with all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Demonstrate and enforce safe working practices
- Ensure appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE) where required
- Report and manage all accidents, incidents, hazards, and near misses promptly
