Role Description

Hospitality Team Member will be an integral part of our service team, contributing to the overall guest experience.

This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication skills.

Duties will include

  • Customer Service
  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs to ensure a positive experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service
  • Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests.
  • Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
  • Perform regular inspections of the facilities and surrounding areas for cleanliness and safety.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Equipment Management
  • Set up and arrange furniture and umbrellas.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to relay guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Work as a team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
  • Event Support
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and functions.
  • Coordinate with event planners to meet guest requirements.
  • Provide support during special events and promotions.
  • Cash Handling
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash drawers.
  • Any other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company.

Skills Required

  • Experience in a customer service or hospitality.
  • Ideally experience in a bar or coffee shop prior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Eligibility

Must be 18 years of age or older, as required by law to operate the bar and serve alcoholic beverages.

This position is full-time, up to 40 hours per week and fixed-term until 13th September 2026.
