We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Company Directors, Head of Group Operations, Head of Park Operations, Head of Finance and Head of People. This role is pivotal to the smooth running of Harrison Leisure UK, supporting senior leaders across a multi-site, operationally focused leisure business. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted point of coordination, ensuring effective communication, diary management, documentation and follow-up, while handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. The role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Providing comprehensive executive support to the Company Directors and senior operational leaders
- Managing complex diaries, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements across multiple locations
- Preparing, collating and distributing agendas, reports, presentations and board or leadership papers
- Attending meetings, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions to ensure timely follow-up
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, park managers and external partners
- Drafting and managing correspondence, communications and documentation on behalf of senior management
- Coordinating cross-departmental projects and supporting collaboration between head office and park operations
- Supporting operational planning activities, including site visits, seasonal readiness and compliance documentation
- Organising leadership meetings, events and off-site planning sessions
- Maintaining accurate records, document control and administrative systems
- Handling confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion at all times
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working
- Providing ad hoc administrative and project support as required by senior leadership
- Coordinating purchase order and invoice approval workflows in line with company processes
Skills Required
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders or directors
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Confidence working across teams and engaging at all levels of the organisation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence using a range of computer systems and software packages
Qualifications/Experience
- Demonstrable experience in an Executive Assistant, PA or senior administrative role
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders with complex and competing demands
- Experience working in an operational or multi-site business (desirable)
- Experience preparing meeting papers, minutes and senior-level documentation
- Understanding of governance, compliance or operational reporting (desirable)
