The Kitchen Porter will support the delivery and continuous improvement of the overall guest dining and cleanliness experience across the holiday park's food and beverage operations.

Duties will Include

  • Support the delivery of engaging and high-quality guest experiences across the park's food and beverage outlets
  • Work collaboratively with departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support across the back‑of‑house area
  • Support the wider team in maintaining accurate records, including stock rotation, cleaning logs, and temperature sheets
  • Assist in managing kitchen maintenance workflows, ensuring clear communication regarding equipment faults or needs
  • Monitor and support the completion of health & safety checks, reporting and escalating kitchen issues where required
  • Support the processing and tracking of food and chemical deliveries in line with company systems
  • Assist with the collection, storage, and monitoring of incoming kitchen supplies
  • Ensure systems, cleaning schedules, and documentation are kept up to date and accurate
  • Work closely with team members for daily kitchen operations and food service priorities
  • Provide support across departments including the main kitchen, prep areas, and front‑of‑house when needed
  • Act as a coordination point to help ensure the smooth running of park kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with the management team to support promotion of seasonal food events and activities
  • Assist in ensuring kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are ready to a high standard for service
