We are looking for a strong, reliable Chef de Partieto join the kitchen team at Wild Rose Holiday Park.

Wild Rose is one of the group’s busiest and liveliest parks, with a high-volume food operation covering the main bar and restaurant, events, outdoor catering, leisure areas and coffee shop/café.

At peak, the kitchen can serve up to500 covers a day.

This is a great opportunity for a chef who is confident running a section, enjoys working with fresh food and seasonal menus, and wants to be part of a busy kitchen team building something special.

The role will include

  • Running a section confidently during prep and service
  • Supporting the wider brigade in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Maintaining standards, consistency and cleanliness
  • Helping deliver quality food across a varied operation
  • Working closely with senior chefs and supporting junior team members
