Identify appropriate markets and create placing strategies to deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with London and international underwriters, ensuring competitive terms and market engagement at a senior level.
Work with account executives and sales teams to design, price, and structure conceptual programmes that meet client needs.
Lead complex negotiations and manage senior relationships to secure best-in-class placements.
Ensure ongoing compliance with FCA requirements and AG London’s internal governance standards.
Work with internal teams, including technicians and operations, to ensure smooth placement and exceptional service.
Qualifications & ExperienceProven track record in London market North American property broking or underwriting.
ACII qualified or working towards ACII is preferred but not essential.
In-depth knowledge of the insurance market and property products.
Demonstrated ability to manage senior relationships and negotiate complex placements.
Skills & AttributesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-growing environment. xsabvtc
