An established independent Lloyd's insurance and reinsurance broker is seeking an entrepreneurial Producing Broker to develop and lead a new territory strategy within the business. This is a high-autonomy opportunity for a commercially driven broker with an established network, strong market relationships, and a track record of generating profitable business across international markets. The successful individual will play a key role in expanding the firm's footprint and building a long-term portfolio within a well-capitalised and collaborative platform. The business operates across specialty insurance and reinsurance markets with access to Lloyd's and company markets, offering the successful broker the ability to build with flexibility, speed, and genuine senior-level support.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and execute a territory growth strategy, leveraging existing relationships while identifying new distribution opportunities and client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow a profitable portfolio within an agreed territory or specialist area
Generate and convert new business opportunities across insurance and/or reinsurance markets
Build and maintain xohmjla relationships with cedants, insurers, MGAs, coverholders, intermediaries, and carriers
Work closely with market-facing and technical teams to structure and place business effectively
Identify strategic growth opportunities and contribute to broader business development initiatives
Represent the business within the London Market and internationally where required
Maintain strong awareness of market developments, competitor activity, and territory trends
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
