A new and exciting opportunity to join a market leading syndicate within their underwriting operations team as their new Underwriting Team Leader.
You will be responsible for looking after all Underwriting Assistants across multiple classes of business, ensuring they meet business set SLAs as well as being a key referral point on queries and problems for internal and external stakeholders, reporting into the Head of Operations.
You need to be in the insurance market, have a strong background in management/ team management, keen to work on projects and be the go-to person for Underwriters and Underwriting Assistants.
Responsibilities- Look after all Underwriting Assistants across multiple classes of business.
- Ensure SLAs are met and act as a key referral point on queries and problems for internal and external stakeholders.
