They are committed to delivering tailored solutions that ensure smooth integration and help new entrants establish themselves as strong performers in the market.Responsibilities Monitor performance against business plans, review reports, and work with underwriting teams to address any deviations.Lead on business planning processes, mid-year changes, and governance activities, ensuring accurate oversight and timely submissions to the market.Gain exposure across multiple syndicates while working closely with senior stakeholders.Qualifications Experience in the Lloyd\\\’s market, ideally with an underwriting background.Preferably with current or previous experience in an underwriting oversight role.Apply If you are interested in hearing more information, please get in touch.
