I am working with a well respected insurance brokerage who are seeking a Private Clients Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) private clients within a retail, direct-to-client environment. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, as you will work closely not only with clients themselves but also with key introducers and referral partners. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail client servicing, with proven success in managing introducer relationships and delivering high-touch, personalised service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for private clients in a direct retail environment, delivering personalised and responsive service.
- Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with clients and introducers, ensuring a positive and trusted experience.
- Understand client needs and circumstances in depth to provide tailored advice and suitable solutions.
- Handle all day-to-day client requests, ensuring efficient and accurate resolutions.
- Manage introducer pipelines and ensure introducers receive excellent support, updates, and communication.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and prepare personalised recommendations.
