An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and innovative insurance platform as Head of MGA Services, leading the operational delivery and strategic development of MGA servicing capabilities within a dynamic London Market business. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role will take ownership of all MGA operational relationships and oversee the successful onboarding, implementation, and servicing of MGA programmes across the business.
You will play a key role in shaping operational frameworks, driving digital enablement, enhancing client experience, and ensuring best-in-class delegated authority operations.
The successful candidate will bring significant leadership experience across insurance operations, delegated authority, MGA management, or bordereaux services, alongside a strong understanding of Lloyd’s and London Market processes.
