Our client, a widely respected London market Insurance Company, seeks a Marine Claims Manager. You will be responsible for managing and handling Marine claims within the London Market Claims team. Reporting to the Head of Claims – London Market in the day-to-day operation and control of the claims function, to ensure that the Marine claims team processes and settles claims in a timely manner, whilst constantly striving to develop and improve service and quality standards.
Applicants should have experience managing Marine (Cargo, Hull and/or Liability) claims in the London Market. Some experience of mentoring/managing a claims team is essential but would be advantageous. An excellent knowledge of ECF and the Lloyd’s Claims Schemes would also be beneficial. This will be a hybrid role.
